From Vision to Purpose: My Journey in Photography & Video Production

Dream Takes Shape

When I first stepped into college to pursue my degree in Television Production, I had one clear goal: to land a job at a big television network. That was the dream—structured, traditional, and secure. I thought I knew exactly where I was heading.

But life has a way of quietly rewriting your plans when you’re not paying attention.

The Camera That Changed

Everything

Somewhere around the halfway mark of my college journey, I bought my first camera. I didn’t know it at the time, but that purchase was the first real step toward my future.

To help cover my expenses, I started doing small photo and video gigs. Weddings, parties, school functions—anything that came my way. I called my little hustle Pro-Cut Multimedia.

It wasn’t fancy, but it was mine. And it worked.

Professional Quality, Affordable Prices

Even as a student, I knew the value of professional standards. I used what I was learning in school to deliver high-quality work, but at rates people could actually afford.

That became my edge.

The idea was simple: deliver big value without the big price tag. Clients loved it. And the word spread fast. By the time I graduated, I wasn’t chasing job applications—I was fielding calls from clients. My calendar was full. My services were in demand. And that’s when I knew: this wasn’t just a hustle anymore. It was a business.

Growth Beyond Expectations

What began with just me quickly became a team effort. First it was two of us. Then four. Then more. I had to rent an office just to keep up with the demand, and before long, we grew into a full-scale production house.

We offered everything from photography and videography to printing, internet café services, and even a shop selling production equipment. We were grinding—weddings, graduations, music videos, corporate events. We did it all. And I loved every bit of it.

I wasn’t just building a business—I was building a brand, a team, and a legacy.

Mastering the Craft

Through hands-on experience, I learned just about every corner of the production world. Lighting, editing, directing, scripting, client management—you name it, I dove in. God has gifted me with several talents, and I’ve done my best to use them all.

Our marketing was bold. Our service was consistent. And our mission was always clear:

give people something amazing, without breaking their bank.

From Local to Global – The Birth of Three Two One Media

As the years went on, one thing became more and more clear—many of our wedding clients weren’t just from around the corner. They were flying in from all over the world to get married in Jamaica.

That realization sparked the next evolution of the vision: Three Two One Media. With the help of a far reaching network of professional photographers and videographers, we've launched Three-Two-One Media. Simple, clear cut and to the point - Great value at competitive prices based, in Pittsburgh PA.

Three Two One Media is the international arm of what we built at Pro-Cut. It carries the same values—fair prices, professional service, and complete transparency.

A Mission Bigger Than Business

I’ve never believed in overcharging just because you can. My model is honest: no tricks, no inflated prices—just a young man with a camera, a clear vision, and a heart for people who want something beautiful on a budget. And I’ve proven that it works.

Purpose!

My name is Davince Duncanson, and this isn’t just my job—it’s my passion. My purpose. I was meant to do this, and I thank God for the journey every single day.

I’ve built something I’m proud of. I’ve served clients from all walks of life. I’ve helped people preserve their memories in the most beautiful way I know how.

And I’m just getting started.
