Cancellation Policy
"Three-Two-One Media Booking Policy" Thank you for considering Three-Two-One Media for your photography needs. Please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Process: Secure your preferred date and time via our website www.threetwoonemedia.com/book-online or by contacting us directly at Tel: 412-696-2267. Provide the necessary details to complete your booking seamlessly. 2. Payment Policy: (Retainer)A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with Three-Two-One Media. The remaining balance is due fifteen days before the scheduled appointment. We accept payments via cash, transfers or debit card. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made up to fourteen (14) days or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit (Retainer Fee). Cancellations made less than thirteen (13) days before the appointment are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply for appointments rescheduled within seven (7) days of the original appointment date. 5. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of scheduling and providing photography services. Liability Waiver: By booking our photography services, clients agree to release Three-Two-One Media from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the photography session. The outcome of the photo session depends on the client's reasonable cooperation during the session. Three-Two-One Media cannot be held liable for any poor outcome of a session due to the client's failure to provide reasonable cooperation, including following the photographer's directions and instructions during the shoot. 7. Confirmation and Communication: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their appointment. We will also provide any necessary communication leading up to the appointment to ensure a smooth process. By booking any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms.
