Here's a breakdown of what typically happens: 1. Consultation: We start with a pre-session consultation to discuss your preferences, goals, and any specific shots or themes you have in mind. This helps ensure that the session is personalized to your vision. 2. Location Selection: Depending on your preference, we'll choose a suitable location for the photoshoot. It could be a picturesque outdoor setting, a cozy indoor space, or even the comfort of your own home. 3. Warm-Up: To help everyone feel comfortable and relaxed in front of the camera, we'll start with some casual conversation and light-hearted activities. This helps ease any nerves and sets the tone for a fun and enjoyable experience. 4. Posing Guidance: Whether you're a family or an individual, I'll provide gentle direction and posing tips throughout the session to ensure everyone looks their best while still feeling natural and at ease. 5. Candid Moments: While some poses may be staged, I also encourage and capture candid moments that showcase the genuine connections and emotions between family members or the individual's personality. 6. Group and Individual Shots: We'll capture a variety of group shots as well as individual portraits to provide a diverse selection of images that highlight each person's unique personality and dynamics within the family. 7. Outfit Changes (Optional): If desired, you can bring multiple outfit options to add variety and style to your photos. 8. Fun and Interaction: The session is designed to be enjoyable and relaxed, with plenty of opportunities for laughter, playfulness, and genuine interactions. Delivery: Within a specified timeframe, you'll receive a digital gallery containing high-resolution, edited photos that you can cherish, share, and display for years to come.
Cancellation Policy
"Three-Two-One Media Booking Policy" Thank you for considering Three-Two-One Media for your photography needs. Please review our booking policy: 1. Booking Process: Secure your preferred date and time via our website www.threetwoonemedia.com/book-online or by contacting us directly at Tel: 412-696-2267. Provide the necessary details to complete your booking seamlessly. 2. Payment Policy: (Retainer)A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking with Three-Two-One Media. The remaining balance is due fifteen days before the scheduled appointment. We accept payments via cash, transfers or debit card. Failure to submit payment by the due date may result in the cancellation of your booking. 3. Cancellation and Refund Policy: Cancellations made up to fourteen (14) days or more before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund of any payments made, excluding the non-refundable deposit (Retainer Fee). Cancellations made less than thirteen (13) days before the appointment are non-refundable. 4. Rescheduling Policy: Clients may request to reschedule their appointment subject to availability. A rescheduling fee of $50 may apply for appointments rescheduled within seven (7) days of the original appointment date. 5. Privacy Policy: We are committed to protecting your privacy and will only use your personal information for the purpose of scheduling and providing photography services. Liability Waiver: By booking our photography services, clients agree to release Three-Two-One Media from any liability for accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the photography session. The outcome of the photo session depends on the client's reasonable cooperation during the session. Three-Two-One Media cannot be held liable for any poor outcome of a session due to the client's failure to provide reasonable cooperation, including following the photographer's directions and instructions during the shoot. 7. Confirmation and Communication: Upon booking, clients will receive a confirmation email with details of their appointment. We will also provide any necessary communication leading up to the appointment to ensure a smooth process.
